AEODC’s work-sharing model starts with the technical team holding a project kick-off meeting with the client to share critical information and define roles, communication, deliverables, and quality control. The RFI process and escalation contacts are discussed, ensuring a smooth project execution.

AEODC’s competencies were tested on a project having a built-up area of 212,000 SF with requirements like stringent deadlines, multiple design changes, frequent coordination meetings, and a dedicated project lead available for six months post-completion, which other known BIM service providers failed to commit to. AEODC team assessed all requirements of the project, confirming delivery per schedule knowing design changes shall happen without a shift in project submission date. To meet this challenge, AEODC formed three teams - Communication, BIM Production, and QC team, ensuring no overlapping of roles leading to full compliance with all ongoing design changes and client comments. As a result, the project got completed within the agreed timeline exceeding client expectations.
