During the execution of complex and large-scale BIM projects, companies need to ensure that all architectural and engineering components are well coordinated. However, this requires the integration of various disciplines.

That’s where ATI Project can help.

With its integrated design approach, ATI Project directly addresses the challenge from the initial design phases. What helps the studio in achieving this feat is its competent team that fully covers all disciplines, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, acoustics, and fire safety, etc.

“With us, clients can have only one referent that can successfully take care of the entire design process, from concept to the construction phase,” says BrankoZrnic, president of ATI Project. “The cohesion between all our departments and professionals allows for an optimal interdisciplinary management, fundamental for the successful project delivery.”

ATI Project’s integrated design department is able to approach all the architectural and engineering design disciplines and also any design phase – from concept to preliminary, final, and executive design.

Next, the project management team gives support to the general contractors (GCs) in the realization phase (constructive design and development of as-built models). Finally, ATI Project’s highly experienced tender management department gives General Contractors (GCs) support in the development of technical offers for works or design and build tenders on an international level.

ATI Project’s most representative experiences lay in the design of some of the biggest new hospitals in Europe, where they have been taking care of both the architectural, structural, and MEP projects, completely developed in BIM. One such example is the Nyt OUH University Hospital in Odense, with the JV (CMB + Itinera) as the General Contractor. The use of BIM allows optimized information management, continuous monitoring of the design process, and optimal verification procedures—other than being the only imaginable way for the management of the incredible amount of involved data.

What sets ATI Project apart is the energy and passion that they bring to the table. This, combined with the experience that its team possesses, has landed many private and public clients and a wide range of partners and collaborators, both in Italy and internationally.

“Our capability to be flexible and adapt to market changes and the needs of all of our clients has enabled us to earn trust in the market,” says Luca Serri, the CEO of ATI Project.

ATI Project has also invested in R&D to continuously strive for improvement regarding design methods and solutions. This includes their ATI learning and sharing platforms that are continuously updated through its R&D department as well as ATI training courses for the entire team such that everybody can easily stay in pace with the latest design methods and solutions. As a result, clients are guaranteed optimal services in terms of time and budget management, sustainability, and overall design quality.

“We are always on the lookout for innovation to offer the best service and solutions for our clients,” says Zrnic.
