The project includes 35 private apartments, a 312-seat theatre, a 120-seat studio, a cafeteria and a bar open to the public. The Immune certification demonstrates how Navana Property Group implemented most of the 135 Immune Assessment Scoring Index measures.Standards and certifications are likely to play a key part across residential and commercial sectors, reassuring tenants and landlords that their buildings are safe, and reassuring staff as they return to the office.
The Immune Building Standard was created in April 2020 by Genesis Property, a member of the European Property Federation and a Class A office developer. After implementation, building owners or enterprises can use the standard to monitor and change health indicators.
The standard is intended to reduce the impact of bacterial and toxicological pandemics in our built environments. This global standard was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and is based on modern technologies and methods successfully used in medical and research facilities. The current standard will be reviewed frequently and updated as new medical, scientific, architectural, and technical groups come to fresh conclusions.
Infectious disease outbreaks remain a concern at work. These include surveillance, re-certification, and transfer.
